1. Platform scope

Fluxer is an attention assetization platform presented under a licensed gaming framework. It lets eligible users open, hold, and close positions linked to supported events.

Availability, market coverage, and product features may differ by jurisdiction and may change without notice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and meet the age and jurisdiction requirements shown during registration.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Fluxer may restrict, suspend, or close accounts where verification, security, or compliance checks require it.

3. Funds and positions

Available Funds, position values, and transaction history are displayed in your account. Some environments may use simulated funds and mock settlement services.

Opening a position expresses a view on an event. Closing or settling a position changes your balance according to the applicable market rules and confirmed price.

4. Trading risk

Prices can move quickly and a position may lose some or all of its value. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Before confirming a position, review the quantity, multiplier, maximum loss, market status, and settlement conditions. Trade responsibly and only within your risk tolerance.

5. Market integrity and prohibited conduct

Users must not manipulate prices, misuse non-public information, automate abusive activity, exploit technical errors, create duplicate accounts, or interfere with fair market operation.

Fluxer may cancel, reverse, delay, or investigate activity affected by fraud, pricing errors, data corrections, or rule violations.

6. Content and intellectual property

Fluxer, its interface, branding, market presentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, data, logos, and event information remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under licence or other permitted grounds.

7. Availability and liability

The platform may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside Fluxer's reasonable control. Prices and data may be delayed or corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, Fluxer does not promise uninterrupted availability or any specific financial outcome.
