1. Our commitment

Fluxer operates under a licensed gaming framework and treats player protection as a condition of that licence, not an optional feature.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Positions can settle at zero, and past results never predict future outcomes.

2. Know the risk

Every position carries a maximum loss that is shown before you confirm. Multipliers increase exposure to price movement and therefore increase both potential gain and potential loss.

Bonus funds are not cash. If a campaign's conditions are not met by settlement, the remaining bonus is cleared to zero.

3. Staying in control

The following habits reduce the chance that entertainment turns into harm.

  • Decide a budget before you open a position, and stop when it is reached.
  • Never trade to recover a loss.
  • Do not trade while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while distressed.
  • Take regular breaks and keep trading time in proportion to the rest of your day.
  • Review your Portfolio and Wallet history regularly so results stay visible.

4. Warning signs

Consider seeking support if any of the following apply to you.

  • Spending more time or money than you intended.
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions in order to trade.
  • Hiding your activity from family, friends, or colleagues.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or low when you are not trading.
  • Neglecting work, study, sleep, or relationships.

5. Player protection tools

Fluxer is building account-level protection tools. Until they are available in the product, requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page and are actioned by the support team.

  • Deposit and loss limits over a chosen period.
  • Session reminders that show elapsed time.
  • Time out: a short cooling-off period during which trading is blocked.
  • Self-exclusion: a longer or permanent closure that cannot be reversed early.

6. Protection of minors

Fluxer is strictly for adults who meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction. Accounts opened by minors are closed and any balance is handled under the applicable rules.

If children share your device, use device-level parental controls and never save your credentials in a shared browser.

7. Getting help

Independent, confidential support is available in most jurisdictions, usually free of charge. Local helpline details are published by your national gambling regulator or health service.

If you are worried about your own or someone else's activity, contact a local support organisation, and reach out through the Contact Us page so the account can be protected.
