1. Data we collect
Fluxer collects the information needed to open and operate an account, meet regulatory obligations, and keep the platform secure.
- Account data: name, username, email address, country, and password credentials.
- Verification data: identity documents and related checks where a jurisdiction requires them.
- Activity data: positions, orders, settlement outcomes, wallet movements, and bonus campaign progress.
- Technical data: device type, browser, language preference, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
2. How we use data
Personal data is processed to deliver the trading experience you request, to satisfy legal and licensing duties, and to protect users and the platform.
Fluxer does not sell personal data. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be used to improve the product.
- Operate accounts, execute position requests, and settle events.
- Meet anti-money-laundering, licensing, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorised account access.
- Provide support and send service messages about your account.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Fluxer relies on performance of a contract for core account and trading functions, on legal obligation for regulatory duties, on legitimate interests for security and product integrity, and on consent for optional marketing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
4. Sharing and processors
Fluxer shares personal data only with parties that need it to operate the service, and under contractual confidentiality and security terms.
Categories include payment and settlement providers, identity verification providers, cloud hosting and analytics processors, professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
5. Transfers and retention
Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, Fluxer applies safeguards required by applicable law.
Data is retained for as long as the account is open and thereafter for the period required by financial, licensing, and tax record-keeping rules. When no retention duty applies, data is deleted or de-identified.
6. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain processing.
Requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page. Fluxer may need to verify your identity before acting, and some requests are limited by regulatory retention duties.
7. Cookies and security
Fluxer uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, language and theme preferences, and service reliability. Non-essential cookies are used only where permitted.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel, and transport encryption is applied in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Contacting us
Privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints can be raised through the Contact Us page. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
