1. Account mechanics

Access may be limited because of age, jurisdiction, verification, security, or compliance checks. Use the official support channel for account-specific assistance.
Upon registration, your account is automatically credited with a 1,000 FXC simulated allocation. This allows you to explore the platform and practice owning event trajectories with zero capital commitment. You will see this balance displayed at the top of your screen as a straightforward number without currency symbols.
Yes. They map to real platform value at a 100:1 conversion ratio, meaning your starting balance of 1,000 FXC holds a tangible equivalent value of $10. If you meet the volume requirements during the beta challenge, you will be able to convert 10% of your final FXC balance into real launch capital.
By actively participating in the demo environment and reaching a target trading volume of 10,000 FXC (calculated based on the total value of positions opened; for example, acquiring 5 shares at an index price of 33.00 FXC contributes 165.00 FXC toward your goal), you will qualify to convert 10% of your final equity into real launch capital for the main platform.
2. Market actions & portfolio management
Select a team, enter the number of units, choose an available multiplier, review the maximum loss, and confirm the position. All acquisitions are direct against the platform liquidity pool; peer-to-peer trading between users is not supported.
Your open positions are held, tracked, and monitored within your personal portfolio. You can use tools like the team price chart to visually map historical performance across the season.
Standard spot positions can be voluntarily sold back to the platform during open pre-match and post-match trading windows. This allows you to proactively manage your portfolio, acting as a manual take-profit to lock in gains or a stop-loss to cap downside before an event begins. Markets are strictly locked and frozen during live gameplay. Suspended, closed, or settled markets may disable closing.
No. The price is the price. There are zero explicit transaction fees or execution commissions charged when you open or close your positions on single-match markets. You buy at the listed index price, and it moves based on results.
3. Trajectory multipliers (leverage)
Yes. You can apply a multiplier (2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x) to increase your market exposure for a single event, which amplifies price movement for that position batch. Each multiplied batch must be closed in full.
Unlike standard assets that you can hold long-term, multiplied positions do not carry over. They are automatically closed and settled by the system immediately post-match.
Yes, this feature automatically locks at the exact moment the match kicks off.
Multipliers are dynamically constrained by safety math to protect your capital. If a worst-case scenario represents a specific maximum percentage drop (e.g., -26% variation on a share), the system will only allow up to 3x leverage, because 4x -26% would exceed 100% (-104%). The platform ensures your multiplier can never result in a loss greater than your initial share allocation.
4. Price & index movements
Prices respond to event data and platform pricing inputs. The chart and change values always follow the selected time period.
Prices are initialized based on a strict framework mapped to pre-match probabilities. This structure is built using external market signals, which are processed to assess base win/draw/loss expectancy. Prices are reset at the end of each season.
Prices are driven exclusively by real-world performance trends and fundamental market data. Pre-match prices shift based on meaningful movements in market expectations, while post-match prices are updated based on the actual goals scored and conceded during the match.
No. The market is completely free of user volume manipulation. The price is the price; massive buying volume does not artificially inflate the index. While we reserve the right to reject specific trades as outlined in our terms, your execution price is strictly governed by fundamental performance and risk-control models, not order-book pressure.
Yes. Price movements are mapped to specific attacking and defensive outcomes. On every team's page, the potential returns tool breaks down the expected price variation for these performance tiers. Your yield is based solely on the exact number of goals your chosen team scores or concedes:
- Win and score 1 or 2 goals: Solid baseline yield for standard victories.
- Win and score 3 goals: Increased yield when your team's offense over-performs.
- Win and score 4 or more goals: Maximized yield for highly dominant attacking displays.
- Draw: Moderate drop in asset value when teams share the points.
- Lose and concede 1 or 2 goals: Baseline drop in value for a standard loss.
- Lose and concede 3 or more goals: Maximum downside when a team's defense collapses.
Taking a position on an asset reflects a long position on that team's performance. The long-short ratio simply illustrates community sentiment by comparing users holding the asset against overall market interest.
No. Trading for a specific asset is automatically suspended at the official start time. Markets remain completely frozen throughout the event until the final result is officially confirmed.
6. Settlement & safety nets
For sports events, outcomes are determined strictly by the score at the end of regular playing time (90 minutes plus injury time). Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are entirely excluded. Automated processing and price updates are executed within 10 minutes of the event's conclusion.
If an event is interrupted and does not resume within three hours, it is treated as a cancellation. The system will automatically trigger a rollback script to credit your original position back to your portfolio.
No. You can never lose more than your initial allocation, even when utilizing multipliers. The platform is engineered to prevent negative equity through automated liquidation floors. If an asset's price drops below the strict liquidation floor of 0.02 FXC, the system automatically triggers a forced liquidation to protect any remaining value.
Automated closures on leveraged trades are settled shortly after the match concludes and are reflected directly in your portfolio balance. Non-leveraged spot positions remain as active holdings that you can continue to hold or close manually at any time during open trading windows.
At the conclusion of a league season, the platform executes a forced liquidation of all related assets at their current cash value. This resets the index prices for the upcoming season.
7. Portfolio & wallet tracking
Portfolio Value reflects the current marked value of visible match positions. Available funds are shown separately.
Position History shows opening, closing, and settlement records with quantity, price, multiplier, realized change, status, and balance snapshot where available.
Available Funds are the balance currently available for opening positions. Open positions and pending account actions may affect this amount.
The wallet records position openings, closes, settlements, rewards, adjustments, refunds, and supported balance snapshots.
Record the market, time, and transaction reference, then contact the official Fluxer support channel. Do not share passwords or OTPs.
